Priyanjali is a New Delhi-based dietitian who blends biotechnology research with hands-on nutrition practice. She holds an M.Tech in Biotechnology from NIET and a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Amity University — a background that gives her an unusually rigorous lens on metabolism and how the body actually responds to food.
She currently works as a Clinical Dietitian at Fitelo, and previously spent a year as a Clinical Nutritionist at GoDiet, where she crafted bespoke plans for clients managing weight, PCOS, thyroid, diabetes, and gut-health concerns.
